Beef Fillet Rolls Stuffed with Herbs.

I have come up with this dish many years ago, and only now, i am making it again. Really easy and delicious.


Beef fillet- 1kg.

Garlic- 1 bulb, finely grated.

Fresh mint- 1 cup.

Fresh coriander- 1/2 cup.

Chives-1 bunch.

Salt, pepper.


Cut the fillets into 2 cm pieces and flatten with a hammer each  piece.

Prepare the mixture of grated garlic, salt and pepper. Rub each fillet with a mixture and set aside for 30-45 minuets or longer.

Preheat the oven to 150C.

Lay the fillet down and place   mint, coriander and chives on each piece.

Roll it and tie down with a string.

Heat an oil in a frying pan and cook each fillet till browned.

Transfer to a baking tray and cook in the oven for 15 minuets. Or you can continue cooking on a pan to your desired liking.

Cut the string off and carefully remove it.
