Beef with potatoes, onions and cheese!

Absolutely love this dish. Very easy to make, but you have to have good quality beef ( i am using eye fillet).

Ingredients:

Beef- 600 g fillets, cut in 3 cm pieces, trimmed and slightly hammered.

Potatoes- 2 large, sliced in thin slices

Onions- 2 large cut in half rings

Cheese- 150 g grated

Mayonnaise- 1/2 cup

Salt, pepper

Directions:

Put salt and pepper on a hammered beef slices and let it sit in a fridge for 15 minutes.

Heat an oven to 200C.

Get a large tray drizzle some oil on it and start layering.

First put beef (mske sure there is enough space between the pieces) then put onions (separated) , potatoes 3-4 pieces on each fillet, spread mayonnaise and finish with grated cheese. Cook in the oven until cheese is nicely colored.
