Chicken “nuggets “.

This simple and really tasty dish is my youngest son’s favorite. He likes it with mashed potatoes, but today i mde it with Rosemary and Garlic Roasted Potatoes (in another post).

I normally start cooking chicken, when my potatoes are almost done, as it takes 10-15 minutes to make it.


Chicken Breasts : 2

Flour: 1 cup

Salt, pepper



Slice chicken breasts to 5 mm slices.

In a container mix flour, salt and pepper.

Coat chicken in flour mixture.

Heat an oil in a frying pan, cook until golden. Keep warm.

  2. Love this recipe. So simple. I usually make chicken nuggets with egg, flour and then breadcrumbs and it is a real pain. I’m going to try your method in future. Sounds great.
