These are sooo good and super easy to make. I complicate the recipe, by making my own cottage cheese, but you really don’t have to, i just love to. You can make these with a gluten free flour as well.
Butter- 200 g
Flour -2 cups
Cottage cheese- 400 g
Baking powder- 1 teaspoon
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Icing sugar for dusting.
Melt the butter and mix it with a cottage cheese, add sifted flour, work it well , wrap it in a cling film and keep in a fridge for 1 hour to set.Take it out of the fridge, roll it in a preferred shape.
Bake at 180C till slightly browned on top. Dust with icing sugar and serve.
