Crumbed Lamb Chops

6 lamb chops

2 eggs bitten

1 cup of flour

2 cups of fresh bread crumbs

1/2 cup ground parmesan

Salt, pepper

Oil for frying

Directions:

Slightly beat the lamb chops with a hammer.

Apply salt and pepper.

Prepare 3 containers with flour will tt h a parmesan, eggs and bread crumbs.

Firstly, dip a chops in a flour.

Then dip it in an egg mixture.

Place all the coated chops in to the board , cover and place in to the fridge overnight.

Heat an oil in a pan, fry the chops in batches on a medium heat.
