Deviled Easter Eggs “Chicks”.

I like these cute chicks, and in the spirit of Easter, i thought i will share these with you.

Ingredients:

Eggs- 6-8, hard boiled.

Cheese- cheddar- 50-70 g, finely grated.

Garlic- 1-2 cloves, finely grated.

Mayo- 2 tablespoons.

Lettuce, black peppercorns, tomato for a decoration.

Directions:

Mix cheese with garlic and mayo, keep in a fridge.

Cut a little piece at the bottom of a boiled egg, to help it to stand.

Hold an egg in one hand and with another hand, using a sharp knife, cut in a middle a zigzag line. Separate the egg, remove as much yolk as you can (add it to a cheese mixture), every egg is different, if you can’t remove it, don’t worry.

Now put a stuffing in the  bottom of the egg, decorate with peppercorn and tomato, cover with a top and let sit. Support with lettuce leaves.
