Gluten free chewy cookies

I have designed them myself and they are spectacular delicious


Softened butter- 150g

Brown sugar- 1 cup

Eggs 2

Cream of tartar- 1/2 teaspoon

Ground almond- 1cup

Psyllium husk- 1/2 cup

Chocolate chips-1/2 cup


Mix thoroughly butter and sugar, add eggs and keep on mixing, till consistent.

Add the rest of ingredients, till into a log, cover with a parchment paper and close tightly.

Place into the fridge overnight to settle.

Preheat the oven to 180C

Cut the log into 1cm disks , place on to a lined baking tray and bake till slightly browned on top.

Cookies will keep on cooking, after you take them out.
