Honey, Soy and Ginger Chicken Wings.

These are utterly delicious, and very easy to make.

Ingredients:

Chicken wings- 1kg.

Ginger- 2 teaspoons, grated.

Garlic- 3 cloves, grated.

Dark soy sauce- 2 teaspoons.

Honey- 2 teaspoons.

Oil.

Directions:

Heat an oil in a pan, add the wings and cook till slightly browned. Add the rest of ingredients, cover, lower the heat and cook for 30 minutes.

Watch closely towards the end, to prevent them from burning.
