Jelly fruit sponge cake

So light delicious and gorgeous.


3 sponge muffins or a sponge cake, broken in pieces

For a jelly

1 cup of water 1 and a half teaspoon of gelatin mixed with a green food color.

1 cup of water and 1 1/2 teaspoon of gelatin and a red food color

2 cups of water mixed with 500 g of sour cream and 2 teaspoons of gelatin and 1/2 cup of sugar mixed

Canned pineapple 1 cup cut

2 bananas cut


Mix the jellies and set aside in the fridge to settle.

Proceed only when jelly are ready

Prepare a cake form, spray it with an oil.

Cut the jelly and set aside.

Put a first layer of sponge,

Add fruits followed by jelly.

Pour half of the cream mixture.

Repeat with one more coat and set aside overnight in the fridge.
