Keto bread buns!

These are insanely tasty.


Psyllium husk 3/4 cup

Almond meal 1 1/4 cup

Egg whites 3

Salt 1 teaspoon

Baking powder- 1 1/2 teaspoon

Garlic-3 cloves minced

Sesame seeds

Hot water 1 cup

Vinegar 1 1/2 teaspoon


Mix husk, meal, salt garlic, baking powder well .

Beat lightly egg whites with vinegar.

Add to dry ingredients egg mixture.

Pour a cup of hot water in a mixture and beat it with a hand mixer for 30 seconds.

Preheat an oven to 175C

Form bread rolls 5-6,

Place on a tray lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds .

Bake for 45-50 min, switch off the oven and leave the bread rolls for 30 min.

Take it out and enjoy.
