Korean style salad


Cherry tomatoes- 1 cup halved

Cucumber- 1 cup smashed

Lettuce- 2 cups roughly chopped

Carrot- 1 cut to thin strips

Garlic- 4-5 cloves scliced

Soy sauce- 1 tablespoon

Oil for cooking

Sesame oil- 1 teaspoon

Sesame seeds 1 tablespoon

Tomato paste- 1 tablespoon

Smoked paprika- 1 teaspoon



In a bowl, mix lettuce with cherry tomatoes.

Heat an oil in a pan, add garlic, stir for 30 seconds and add carrot.

Let the carrot wilt, then add tomato paste, stir it in, add sesame, seeds, sesame oil, soy sauce and smashed cucumbers.

Heat the cucumber through and add all the mixture to a salad leaves.

Mix well, season with salt and serve.
