Lamb Banjo Shoulder Baked with Garlic, Rosemary and Red Wine!

Seriously and insanely tasty way to prepare lamb. My friend, who is one of the best cooks i know, gave me this recipe.

Ingredients:

Banjo shoulder- 1 whole.

Garlic bulb- unpeeled, broken into cloves.

Rosemary- 3 stems, leaves only.

Red wine- 200 ml.

Salt, pepper.

Oven bag.

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 200C.

Rub the lamb with salt, paper.

Place in the oven bag, along with rosemary, wine and garlic cloves.

    I’ve heard of the term banjo shoulder before. I imagine a sheep playing the banjo but that’s not what it is…is it? I wonder if I could just use any lamb shoulder or lamb leg?

      Haha, that was my first impression also.))) Lamb shoulder will be great, you will probably need to increase the cooking time.) Leg , I have not tried.😀
