Quiches with roast lamb.

The reasons, why i am making these today are

1. Too easy to make.

2. I had all the ingredients.

These traditionally made with bacon, but i had roast lamb from yesterday, and why not to use it???


Puff pastry- 3 sheets (for 12 pieces)

Eggs- 3

Cheddar cheese- 100 g, grated on fine grater.

Roast lamb- 150 g, finely chopped.

Onion- 1 chopped

Milk- 70 g

Corn starch- 2 teaspoons



Mix eggs with milk and corn starch in a blender, add ย the rest of ingredients.

Cut defrosted puff pastry sheets with a cup or a glass. Press into a cup cake tray, put a mixture in and bake at 200C for about 30 min.
