Rogaliki with Walnuts!

Great pastry dish, something you just have to try. Can be rolled with a jam or on it’s own.

Ingredients:

Flour- 4 cups.

Butter -250g.

Milk- 1 cup.

Yeast- 1 packet.

Walnuts- 1 cup.

Sugar- 1 cup.

Icing sugar.

Directions:

Melt the butter, warm the milk add yeast and flour, and mix the dough, no need to kneed..lol.

Wrap in a cling film and put in the fridge for an hour.

Roast walnuts in the oven till slightly browned, cool, add sugar and grind briefly.

Divide the dough into 5 pieces. Roll each piece into a circle and cut into 10-12 triangles.

Put a walnut mixture on each triangle and roll into rogalik.

Bake in the oven at 190C till slightly browned. Dust with an icing sugar.
