Directions:

Heat an oil in a frying pan around 5 mm, and fry potatoes in 2 batches with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper , till browned and crispy, set aside on a paper towel to cool.

  1. This looks amazing! Do the potatoes get a little soggy since they’re refrigerated after frying?

I love your posts, BTW! Love out of the ordinary recipes, I think they make the eating/dining experience so much better and enjoyable!

    1. Thank you very much. The salad is actually quite small and in an unlikely event, that it lasts till next day, potatoes do not get soggy at all, and still nice and crispy.:)
