Salad “Sunflower”!

Another salad idea, that looks beautiful at the table and is very easy to make.

Beef fillet- 300 g good quality steak.

Eggs-6 hard boiled

Cheese-200g grated

Cucumber-2 lebanese peeled, chopped

Black olives pitted-300g, cut in half diagonally.

Pringles-original flavor is the best.

Boil beef briefly just till turned white, cool down and cut in small 1 cm pieces.

Lay down beef on a plate.

Second layer -cucumbers, apply little mayo on top.

Then goes layer of cheese.

Cut eggs in half and separate whites from yolks. Chop or grate whites and put on top of the cheese, followed by some mayo.

Crush egg yolks with your fingers and put on top of the salad.

Insert pringles, representing the leaves.

Insert olives, representing the seeds.
