Salmon Pasta with Vodka.

Who doesn’t love pasta, raw vegans, possibly, but apart from that none comes to mind. With so many types of pasta it cam satisfy everyone’s need, gluten free, wheat free , whatever free. This recipe is by far, my favorite, it’s utterly delightful.)))


Fresh salmon- 2 medium fillets.

Smoked salmon- 1 packet (100g), chopped.

Vodka- 100 ml.

Cheri tomatoes- 1 pack, halved.

Parsley- 1 bunch, chopped.

Onion- small-1 chopped.

Garlic- 2 cloves, chopped.

Fresh cream- 1 cup.

Egg yolk- 1

Nutmeg- 1/2 teaspoon.

Olive oil.

Salt, pepper.



Put water on for a pasta.

Heat an oil in a pan, add onion and cook for a minuet, add garlic, cook for another minuet, add salmon fillets , sprinkle with salt and pepper, cover and cook till slightly browned on each side.

Cook your pasta and drain.

Break with a fork, add smoked salmon, nutmeg, vodka and cook uncovered until most of the liquid evaporated.


Add tomatoes and parsley, stir and cook for a couple of minuets.


Mix egg yolk into a cream, add to a salmon mixture, cover reduce the heat and cook for a minuet.


Add your pasta, stir, cover and let the pasta absorb the sauce for a minuet or two.

And it’s done. Serve with Parmesan cheese. Or as they say ” If someone says that you put too much Parmesan on your pasta, stop talking to them, as you do not need that negativity in your life” lol.
