Salmon spicy fish cakes

For this recipe, you will need a blender or a food processor.


Salmon fillets- 4 bones removed chopped

Lemongrass stick-1 white part only chopped

Garlic- 5 cloves, roughly chopped

Ginger- thumb size, chopped

Kaffir lime leaves-3 chopped

Coriander fresh- 1 cup chopped

Chilli -3 small chopped

Fish sauce-2 tablespoon

Brown sugar-1 tablespoon


Place all ingredients in to the blender and mix till smooth consistency.

Wet your hands and form patties, place them on a surface and keep in a fridge for 30 minutes to settle.

Fry the cakes on a preheated pan , on a medium heat till done.

Serve with your favourite sauces.
