Seafood salad “Starfish”.

Honestly, this salad doesn’t need the embellishment, ย it’s really beautiful without it. But a little decoration doesn’t hurt. ๐Ÿ™‚

Ingredients:

Eggs- 5 hard boiled and chopped.

Surimi sea sticks, or crab sticks- 1 packet chopped.

Chives- 1 bunch- chopped.

Dill- 1 bunch chopped.

Cucumber (Lebanese) -1 peeled and chopped.

Cheddar cheese- 100 g, grated.

Mayo,sour cream- 2 tablespoons each.

Smoked salmon- 200 g.

Diced olives- 50 g.for decoration.

Sesame seeds for decoration.

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients apart from salmon, olives and sesame seeds.

Form a starfish, lay it with smoked salmon, sprinkle with sesame seeds and arrange olives, as per picture.
