Steamed Beef Roll.

Melting in your mouth and so delicious. An Absolute treat!


For a dough:



Egg- 1

Pinch of salt

Butter or oil- 2 tablespoons

For a stuffing:

Beef minced- 500 g

Onion- 3 medium minced

Fat- 2 teaspoons

Cumin ground- 1 teaspoon

Salt, pepper


Beat an egg with a pinch of salt, add water , mix well.

Add sifted flour, mix well add oil and mix till smooth for 10 minutes.

Cover with a cling film and let rest for 30 minutes.

Divide a dough in 3 pieces.

Roll one piece into a flat sheet of 1 mm., oil the surface, spread the third of the stuffing on top.

Oil the steamer surface, Roll it to a roll.

Place the roll on a steamer, and cook for 40-45 minutes.

Butter it up, cut and serve.
