Stir-fry, beef and lots of Veges.!

The most important thing about stir-fry it’s to have everything ready and next to you. So get all the sauces and everything chopped and next to you.

This stir-fry is good with rice or noodles, if you like.


Beef- 400g good stake, cut in strips.

Bock Choy – 100 g cut in strips

Baby corn- 100 g cut in quarters along the length

Snap peas- 150 g trimmed

Carrot- 1 large cut in strips

Ginger- 1 inch cut in small strips

Garlic- 5 cloves cut in small strips

Oil for frying

Sesame oil- 2 teaspoon.

Soy sauce- 2 teaspoon

Fish sauce- 1 tablespoon


Heat an oil in a wok till overheard add sesame oil, add ginger, garlic stir fry for a minute add beef keep on stir frying.

Add carrot, then peas , keep on stirring then  corn, then Bok Choy keep on stirring finally add all the sauces.

Serve with rice or noodles.
